Backyard Movie Screening Rental

Rent the movie screening area during SugarMynt's annual Welcome to Haddonfield Halloween movie tribute exhibit where you can screen any movie you wish while staring at the Michael Myers house!
Price is a flat rate of $700 for 3 hours

Price includes: 1- 15 guests with any additional guests at $40/person. Time of rental is either ​6pm - 9pm or 7pm - 10pm. Also includes view the Welcome to Haddonfield exhibit which is a value of $20 per guest.
Layout explained:
The Backyard Movie Screening Area is located in the outdoor space at the rear of the gallery’s premises. The rental space strictly encompasses the astroturf movie screening section. During SugarMynt Gallery’s business hours, there will be a chain and sign in place to prevent gallery customers from entering the rental space (as depicted on our website). SugarMynt Gallery’s customers are permitted access to the backyard photo opportunity section, which concludes at the beginning of the astroturf area. SugarMynt's movie equipment will be set up prior to the Renter's arrival. The Renter will inform the Gallery in advance of the film they intend to view to establish an appropriate timeline.

We exclusively offer DVD's and BluRays for your screening needs. You can choose from our extensive collection in advance, or feel free to bring your own. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that you inform us in advance about the film you intend to screen. This allows us to plan accordingly for your designated 3-hour rental period and assist you in maximizing your overall gallery experience

The availability rental dates posted are subject to change based on SugarMynt's events, ScareBnB, and others rentals. However, once a movie night renter has paid in full (which is required upfront) for their chosen date and time, that rental date is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
Rental Fee: ( $700) which covers the cost of the rental space, movie equipment, and a three-hour time period.
Refundable Security Deposit: ($400) that will be refunded in full within 2 days once SugarMynt Gallery has done a thorough inspection of the equipment and property to ensure nothing was damaged during the duration of the rental period. If SugarMynt encounters any damages to equipment, decor, or property, the security deposit will not be refunded. Payments are made through paypal, venmo or zelle. A 15% surcharge will be added to use card.
